Louise W. Wiener
An art historian and education policy specialist, Ms. Wiener created the vision and has directed the formation of LLF’s programs to create specific strategies and programs that link formal and informal education and enrich learning for young children. She holds bachelors degree in Art HOstory from Bryn MAwr College and aMasters degree in education policy from George Washington University.

Janet Felsten, Professional Development Leader
An architect, city planner and teacher with broad experience bringing enrichment to classroom experiences for children and teachers. Ms. Felsten participated in the development of the original Messages program. Ms. Felsten holds a masters degree from University of Texas, Austin in Architecture, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the Philadelphia College of Art, Philadelphia, PA.
Judith Landau, Professional Development Leader
An art educator, former assistant director of the George Washington University Museum Education Program, Ms Landau is considered one of the premier experts in visual literacy, has authored and presented many rofessional development programs and participated in the creation and training for LLF’s programs. She Landau holds a master of teaching degree in museum education from George Washington University, a bachelors degree from City University of New York, Queens College.
